How to schedule & what to expect:
1. Schedule inspection (call or book online)
2. Sign pre-inspection agreement (this can be emailed to you or access it on this website.
3. Pay online (multiple pay options) or in person (cash or check)
4. On the day of the inspection, it will take approximately 3 hours to conduct the inspection (time varies depending on the size of the home). You will have the option to meet at the end of the inspection for a walk-thru of the findings.
5. You will receive the inspection report via email on the same day as the inspection.
